Audio Mate is a learning service for practicing useful expressions by listening, repeating, and reviewing your own study scripts. This page explains what information we collect in the Audio Mate web service and Android app and why we use it.
What we collect
- Account details you provide, such as email address, display name, and sign-in method.
- Verification details from identity providers such as Google sign-in when you use them.
- Study scripts, comments, reactions, preferred language, and playback settings that you create or save.
- Profile images that you upload for your account.
- Basic access logs and error records used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we use information
- To create accounts, sign users in, and confirm who is using the service.
- To save study scripts, generate voice audio, and provide playback tools.
- To remember your preferred interface language and saved playback choices.
- To monitor reliability, respond to errors, and prevent abuse.
Sharing information
Audio Mate does not sell your personal information. We may rely on service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, and security support only as needed to operate the product.
Retention
We keep account and study data while it is needed to provide the service. When you delete content or request account deletion, we remove or anonymize data within a reasonable period except where longer retention is required for legal, security, or backup reasons.
Your choices
- You can update profile details, preferred language, and study content from the product when those controls are available.
- You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through the contact channel below.
